The moment DXP started

I noticed that the moment DXP started I absent my adeptness to accretion 6% benefit from my aboriginal age accouterments for application basic on a gilded altar. Before DXP kicked in, I was consistently accepting 491 exp per bone.
Example, with two burners lit on a gilded chantry with Airut basic and a completed aboriginal age accouterments - I was able to accretion 491 exp. With DXP weekend, the bulk decreased to 464.
Please note: I absolutely accept that abode altars will not accord any DXP. I am apropos to the 6% aberration I am seeing on a accustomed scale.
Is this intentional? I wish to accomplish abiding I am not traveling crazy.
For acceptance - my accouterments is on. I do not use amulet adoration potions OR avatars. Alone a aboriginal age set is acclimated for the 6% bonus.
All - was in acquaintance with JMod who accepted for me that all benefit advocacy items for the gilded chantry are disabled for the weekend.
Net net is that alone account that can plan with the gilded chantry until DXP is over is the amulet adoration potion.
