As far as I can tell, there is no circadian cap or anniversary cap. It is just there until GWD2 is out, which is the 29th.

XP scales with the level. I accept 99, and I am accepting added xp than I would get from axis in lv 95 memories. (170 xp per activity with Benefit xp and outfit)
